Returns
- Customers may request a return if the product is defective, damaged upon delivery, or if the wrong item was sent.

- Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include all accessories and documentation.
- We do not accept returns for products that show signs of misuse, accidental damage, or modifications.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed, and the amount will be returned to you in cash at the time of product pickup or replacement delivery.
- Since we operate only on Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds are not issued via bank transfer or online payment methods.
Exchanges
If you receive a defective or damaged product, you may request an exchange for the same item instead of a refund, subject to availability.
Non-Returnable Items
